Brief introduction is done to the importance of human resources management.False attitude is corrected regarding enterprises' human resource management using the perspective of resources,strategy and coordination of the entireness.A new idea is put forth that employee training strengthened,emotional communication highlighted,management plus service upgraded and a new boss-employee relationship recreated.
