摘要
利用简单的水热法,以Al2(SO4)3·(14~18)H2O和Na2SiO3·5H2O为原料,通过加入一种六元(糖)醇,用NaOH溶液调整pH,制备了一种微细粉体,经X射线衍射(XRD)测试,粉体为方沸石和方钠石晶体的复合体;扫描电镜(SEM)照片显示,微细粉体为均一的直径小于5μm的空心球.
Al_2(SO_4)_3·(14~18)H_2O and Na_(2)SiO_3·5H_2O are used as raw materials and a sort of hexabasic (sugar) alcohol is added and the pH of solution is adjusted with NaOH.A kind of fine particle is prepared by hydrothermal synthesis.Through the XRD test,the product is a composite of analcime and sodalite and the SEM shows that the fine powder is uniform hollow sphere with diameter below 5 μm.
