摘要
本文运用主观判断与定量分析相结合的模糊综合评价方法,评价了企业的顾客 满意风险,并给出了实际算例。
This paper evaluates the venture of customer satisfaction of enterprises by using the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method which combines the subjective judgement and quantitative analyse with an example as the illustration.
