烟花爆竹用烟火药机械感度影响因素分析 被引量:8

摘要 本文通过试验的方法,分析了温度、湿度、粒度等因素对烟花爆竹用烟火药剂机械感度的影响。试验结果表明:药剂的机械感度随着温度的上升而上升,上升速率与药剂组成有关;不含金属粉的药剂的机械感度随湿度增大而降低;此外,药剂的机械感度随粒度的减小而增大。同时从理论上对其原因进行了初步的分析。 The factors of temperature, humidity and granularity influencing on mechanical sensitivity of pyrotechnic compound have been analyzed through experiments. Results showed that the mechanical sensitivity rises with the rise of temperature, the rising speed is connected with the formulation of the compound, the sensitivity is increasing with the reducing of granularity. For the pyrotechnic compound containing no mental powder, the sensitivity is reducing with the increase of humidity. A brief analysis for the reason was also carried out theoretically.
