摘要
文中采用相位法对三维面型测量和曲面重建技术进行了探讨,实现了三维信息获取和曲面重建的方法。该方法是用非相干光源投射的虚拟光栅和 CCD 摄像机构成的视觉系统对物体进行一次扫描获取物体表面的三维测量数据,这些数据经过处理后转换成*.ibl 文件,借助于 Pro/Engineer 软件重建三维物体表面。该方法快速、简便,适合于实时测量、加工,同时可实现测量、处理、加工的一体化,从而为反求工程的发展提供了一个很好的新方法。最后给出了实验,实验结果证明了方法的可行性和有效性。
The vision system is composed of virtual grating projected by non-intervened lam-house and CCD to scan object once to gain 3-D data of object. These data are processed and transformed into *.ibl to reconstruct the shape of object with Pro/Engineer. The method is fast, simple and is fit for real-time measurement and processing. At the same time, it can achieve the integration of measurement and processing and offer a new method for the development of Reverse Engineering.
