摘要
对多段绝热、段间间接换热式气固催化反应器,在规定反应器进、出口转化率条件下,当绝热温升λ为常数时,提出了最优设计的一种图解方法.该法避免了经典数学求解中的试差过程,并可将设计中常见的几种情况同时图解画出。
A kind of graphic method for the optimal design of reactor
is proposed. This method suits for the mutil-stage adiabatic reactor
with indirect heat exchang between stages and the rise of temperature in
adiabatic perfect reaction being constant,while the conversion of reactant
in inlet and outlet of reactor is fixed.The mathematic method of try-
solution is avoided and some situations in the design of reactor can be
simultaneously dealt with by this graphic method.
