摘要
着重研究了离心铸造高速钢轧辊退火、淬火和回火过程中裂纹产生的原因,并提出了解决方法,还研究了高速钢轧辊的高温氧化并开发了防氧化涂料。应用改进后的工艺热处理高速钢轧辊,轧辊裂纹率减少90%以上,氧化明显减轻,轧辊表面硬度提高,硬度均匀性改善,有利于改善高速钢轧辊使用性能。
Causes of crack produced in anneal,quench and temper of high speed steel rolls have been investigated with solutions to.The high-temperature oxidation of high speed steel rolls has been researched and the antioxidation coating been developed.After using the improved heat treatment process the crack rate of high speed steel rolls dropped by more than 90%,the thickness of oxidizing layers obviously reduced, the surface hardness of rolls increased,the homogeneity of hardness improved,helping to improve roll service performance.
