摘要
论文从坚持科学发展观的高度,论证了工业社会,特别是重化工业因为不顾自然环境、生态系统,在经济高速发展的同时破坏了人与自然的和谐发展。论证了工业社会分割管理给信息社会的企业管理带来的种种弊端,提出了统合管理新概念。在此基础上,论文论证了循环经济、统合管理赋予价值工程新的含义,新的内容。结论是,对价值工程这一成熟的管理技术必须进行再认识。
From the standing of insisting in the conception of scientific development, this paper has proved that while the economy is developing in high speed , because of having ignored natural environment and ecosystem, the industrial society especially heavy chemical industry has destroyed the harmonious development about people and nature. And it has proved cutting apart management of industrial society has brought many drawbacks to the business administration of the information-intensive society, having put forward the new concept of the incorporated management. On this basis , it has discussed that the recycling economy and incorporated management could give value engineering the new meaning and new content. Clearly, we must know again to this mature administrative skill-VE.
