摘要
行政伦理本质上是一种政治伦理。政者不正,政者缺德,必然导致政治的腐败。执政者只有把法治提高到自觉的程度,把他律与自律结合起来,才能治理好国家。目前在我国行政伦理建设中还存在着不少问题,其产生的原因也日益复杂化和多极化。因此,应当从多角度、多方面入手,加强我国行政伦理建设。
Administrative ethics is political in essence.The inequality and immorality of the politicians leads to political cor-ruption.The state can be well managed only if they manage the state by law with the combination of compulsive discipline and self-discipline.Nowadays,there are many problems in the construction of administrative ethics of China,and the reasons are more and more complicated and becoming multi-pole.As a result,we should strengthen the construction of administrative ethics of our country from all sides.
