摘要
我国城镇下岗失业职工不断增加的趋势已经越来越被人们所关注 ,它事关经济的发展 ,人民的利益和社会的稳定。同时较高的失业率必然会导致资源的浪费和不良的社会影响以致国家的形象 ,必须采取有力措施加以解决。本文试图从理论和实践相结合的角度分析我国城镇职工失业的成因 ,并提出相关的对策 ,以期帮助人们提高对这一现象的正确认识 ,帮助失业下岗职工尽快实现再就业 ,促进改革、发展和社会稳定。
The trend of township unemployment in China is attracting more and more attention now. High rate of unemployment leads to waste of resource disposition and bad social effect,and should be carefully dealt with.The paper analyzed the causes for township unemployment in China and made proposals on coutermeasures upon it,so as to facilitate the reform and development,and promote social stability.
