摘要
介绍了连续法合成聚合物多元醇的生产工艺 ,讨论了引发剂浓度、分散剂的质量分数、反应温度、加料速度和出料速度及熟化时间对聚合物多元醇产品性能的影响。结果表明 ,在 5L反应釜中 ,引发剂 (AIBN)质量分数为 0 .5 %左右、分散剂的质量分数为 10 %、反应温度在 10 0~ 12 0℃、加料速度为 70~ 80g/min ,并与出料速度保持平行时 ,连续法合成的聚合物多元醇具有良好性能 ,并且连续法的生产效率高于间歇法的 5倍以上 ,贮存稳定性也好。
The continuous process of production of polymer polyol was introduced. The influencing factors on quality of the product was discussed, including concentration of initiator, mass fraction of dispersant, reactive temperature, charging speed, discharging speed and aging time. The results show that the quality of the polymer polyol prepared in continuous process is excellent, using mass fraction of initiator(AIBN) 0.5% , mass fraction of dispersant 10%, reaction temperature 100~120℃, charging speed 70~80g/min,and balancing discharging. The product efficiency of the continuous process is higher than that of batch process. The product has good storage stability.
