摘要
小波分析能将信号划分到不同频段内 ,实现微弱故障信号的分离和提取。FFT-FS频谱细化技术能克服传统谱分析方法中频率分辨率与采样点数之间的矛盾 ,使谱分析中的频率分辨率不再受到采样点数的限制 ,得到准确的故障频率值。充分运用这两者的优点 ,对减速机振动信号进行分析 ,发现高速轴工作侧轴承出现故障征兆。
The wavelet analysis can divide signals into different frequency bands and realize the inchoate signal decomposition and extraction. At the same time , FFT-FS spectrum zooming technology can overcome the contradiction between the sampling frequencies and sampling numbers and arrive at accurate frequency.For illustration,the vibration signals of a reduction device have been analyzed,and the fault features of the bear in the high-speed shaft on the work side have been found out.
