摘要
质量是做出超越客户期望的东西,质量管理是在有效的管理体系中以最经济的办法生产出适合买方要求的产品,研发设计质量管理是系统的作好产品的“优生”工作。作为组织质量管理体系的一部分,研发设计质量管理越来越为人们重视了,产品质量特性来自于它的设计阶段,如何作好研发设计质量管理工作,是新产品设计阶段工作的重点,本文主要描述了建立研发设计质量管理体系的重要工具和方法。
Quality means your productions exceed customers' expectation. Quality management is to provide expected productions in the most economic way under a sound and effective management system. It is a systematic job-elected of production for Q. M. in R& D. As part of Q.M. system, R&D Q.M. is more and more stressed in the world. Production quality spec is from its design. That how to do well in R& D Q. M , is emphasis in new product design. This essay focuses on important tools and methods to set up R&D Q. M.
