摘要
基于微波差分技术的湿度测量方法,与其他微波湿度测量方法相比,测量精度高而且稳定性好。通过测量两个谐振腔的反射系数差得到气体的相对介电常数,进而得到气体湿度,双谐振腔结构也可以补偿环境温度引起的漂移。通过系统建模,利用MATLAB程序对微波差分测湿系统的性能进行了仿真分析。
Compared with other microwave measurement, the humidity measurement method possess higher precision and better stability. It gets the relative permittivity of gases by measuring the differences of the reflection coefficients of two resonators and then obtains the gas humidity. The construction of double-resonator can compensate the drift due to environment temperature. Performance simulation of microwave differential system has been done by using MATLAB program.
