摘要
采用以PVC树脂为主原料,表面处理过的锻烧高岭土为改性剂和其他各种助剂相混合、密炼、辊压、成片并切粒,得到70℃ PVC电缆绝缘料.本文对影响20℃体积电阻率(ρ_v)的各个因素,提高绝缘电阻ρ_v,减少泄漏电流的主要途径进行了探讨,介绍了产品的性能.
Seventy centigrade (70℃) PVC cable insulation material is made of PVC resin as basematerial, Surface treated baked clay as modifier and other additives through blending,intermixing, rolling for sheets and dicing.The effective factors on 20℃ volume resistance(ρ_v) and the main routes for increasing insulation resistance (ρ_v)and dreasing leakagecurrent are discussed. The properties of our products are introduced.
