摘要
高校要推行“创新教育” ,培养高质量的创新型优秀人才 ,就必须加强教学管理的改革。针对当前高校教学管理上存在的弊端 ,高校教学管理改革应从表层次的形式管理改为深层次的目标管理、从低层次的制约式管理改为高层次的激励式管理、从传统的行政型管理改为新型的学术型管理。
The reinforcement of the reform in teaching management is needed in order to carry out the Renewal Education and to cultivate excellent talented people in institutions of higher learning.This paper analyzes the existing drawbacks in the reform of teaching management in colleges and universities, and holds the ideas that changing the token management on surface layer into the target management in deep layer,changing the restrictive management of low level into the inspiring management of high level and changing the traditional administrative management into a new academic management.
