摘要
目的了解家蝇抗药性情况,为科学使用杀虫剂提供依据.方法点滴法.结果 2003年天津市家蝇对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、DDVP、残杀威、DDT和辛硫磷的LD50分别为0.012 6~0.080 2,0.028 1~0.128 5,0.006 2~0.180 6,0.285 8~0.843 9,0.017 9~0.584 8,0.013 3~0.327 1 μg/只,对3种杀虫剂产生了不同程度的抗药性.结论应采取以环境治理为主的综合防治,轮换和交替使用杀虫剂.
Objective To investigate the Musca domestica resistance and provide a sci entific basis for the use of insecticides. Methods Spot drip method. Resul ts The LD 50 of Deltamethrin, Beta-cypermethrin, DDVP, Pro poxur, DDT and Phoxim were 0.012 6~0.080 2, 0 .028 1~0.128 5, 0.006 2~0.180 6, 0.285 8~0.843 9, 0.017 9~0.584 8,0.013 3~0.327 1 μg/piece respectively. Musca domestica to three kinds of insecticides produced different resistance. Conclusion The integrated control which mainly included the environmental management should be carried out and the insecticides should be us ed alternatively.
