摘要
根据已有的热力学数据,在碳-氧系JgP-1/T平衡图的基础上,绘制了硅-氧,硅-碳-氧系平衡图。并以此为依据分析了由二氧化硅和石墨碳制取碳化硅的热力学条件。经与实际工艺相比较,获得了较为一致的结果。
On the basis of thermodynamic data and 'logP-1/T equilibrium diagrams' of carbon-oxygen system, studies the equilibrium diagrams for silicon-oxygen and silicon-carbon-oxygen systems and analyzes the thermodynamic conditions for making silicon carbide from silicon dioxide and graphite.The results are in agreement with techonlogical process.
