摘要
应用溶胶──凝胶法Sol- Gel制备了γ -Al2O3 蜂窝陶瓷涂层,分别在 550℃和 1 050℃对涂层进行高温快速老化。对涂层比表面积和晶型XRD测试结果表明,加入 10%BaO的γ- Al2O3 蜂窝陶瓷涂层的热稳定性明显优于未加热稳定助剂的涂层。BaO主要通过“孤岛隔绝”、与涂层形成高温型的新物种及大离子效应等 3种途径对γ Al2O3 蜂窝陶瓷涂层进行热稳定。
In the paper,γ-Al_2O_3 honeycomb ceramic coatings was prepared by Sol-Gel methods,then sintered at 550 ℃ and 1 050℃ for 24 h separately. It was shown that the γ-Al_2O_3 coatings stabilized by BaO could afford much more serious thermal aging than the non-stabilized one by XRD and BET specific area testing. Three kinds of stabilization mechanism of BaO are advanced by so-called“Island thermal isolating”,to form new high-temperature resistant species with γ-Al_2O_3 and large cation effect.
