摘要
目的 建立用HPLC法测定注射用头孢尼西钠含量的测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法 ,以 0 0 1mol·L-1磷酸盐溶液 乙腈 (75∶2 5 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 6 1nm ,流速 1ml·min-1。结果 头孢尼西钠线性浓度范围在 6 0～ 14 0mg·L-1。r =0 9999。结论 该方法简便、灵敏、准确 ,专属性强。
Aim To establish the method for determinging the content of cefouicid sodium for injection.Mehtods A HPLC was set up to determine the content of cefouicid sodium for injection.the mobile phase consisted of 0.01 mol·L -1 phosphate:Acetonitrile=75 ∶25,and the UV absorbance derector was set up at 261 nm,and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min -1 .Result A good linearity of cefouicid was obtained from 60 mg·L -1 )to 140 mg·L -1 with r=0.999.Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and sensitive.
