摘要
目的 建立一种用电位滴定法测定克林霉素磷酸酯氯化钠注射液 (商品名 :恒新 ,以下简称恒新注射液 )中氯化钠含量的方法。方法 采用银电极为指示电极 ,以 0 1mol·L-1硝酸银为滴定剂 ,有电位滴定仪在常温下进行测定。结果 该方法测定线性范围为 9～ 90mg ,r=0 9999,加样平均回收率为 99 7% ,精密度RSD为 0 0 8%。结论 该法快速准确 ,无干扰 ,可用于恒新注射液质量控制。
Aim Determination of sodium chloride in clindamycin phosphate and sodium chloride injection by potentiometric titration.Methods In the method,argent electrode a indicator electrode, 0.1 mol·L -1 silver nitrate as titrant ,determining at normal temperature. Results The calibrataion curve was linear in the range of 9～90 mg of diogenin with correlation coefficient of 0.999 9 ,the average recovery was 99.7%,the precision(RSD) was 0.08%. Conclusion This method is quick and accurate,noninterference, it may be adopted for quality control of clindamycin phosphate and sodium chloride injection.
