摘要
介绍了高功率CO2 激光器开关电源的工作原理。提供了一种新的采用单片机控制脉冲输出的方法,实现了激光脉冲频率和占空比的实时可控,且对试验结果进行了分析。
The paper introduces the basic principle of switch mode power supply for high power CO_2 laser.The new kind of control method of laser pulse output,by which cycle duty and frequency are real-time controlled,is based on the single-chip microcomputer.The result of the experiment is also discussed.
