摘要
阐述了一种城市雨水径流量的计算方法——修正 RRL 法的原理和方法，并模拟实际的降雨过程，预测结果与实际观测值接近，从而验证了该计算方法的准确性，为预测城市雨水径流量提供了一种有效的计算方法。
The theory and practice of a computing process on urban rainfall runoff,named modifiedRoad Research Laboratory(RRL)method was introduced.By this way the real rainfall was simulatedand observed that the forecasting results were close to actual measuring results,which proved thiscomputing method will be accurate enough and also provided it will be an effective way for urban rainfallrunoff forecasting.
