摘要
本文旨在对《海上拖航指南》(以下简称《指南》)、《船舶与海上设施法定检验规则》(以下简称《法规》)的深入理解 ,通过实例对被拖船舶拖曳设备的确定进行探讨。并提出一些笔者个人的理解 。
According to CCS “Guidelines for Towing at Sea” & “Regulation for the Statutory Surveys of Ships and Offshore Installations” the paper presents the determine of towing equipment for the towed vessel together with example.
