摘要
一稿多投的屡禁不止,有来自各方面的复杂的成因,要杜绝此现象,须着重处理好两层关系:在改善编辑工作的 同时提高作者服务工作的质量;在做好防范工作的同时加强对一稿多投的惩治力度。
Multi-contribution of One Manuscript is very hard to be stopped for many complicated reasons. To stop the phenomenon, two aspects should be dealt with: improving the editorial work as well as the services for the authors; and taking precautions as well as strengthening the punishment.
