摘要
在对小型水泥、化肥、石膏等粉状物料包装机的结构进行分析的基础上,改变了原设计方案,改进后的包装机不但使称量精度、自动化程度、生产效率得到提高,而且可以避免堵料,减少包装时的扬尘。
Based on the analysis of structure of packing m achine for powdery materials such as small-sized cement, fertilizer and plaster, the authors in this paper throw their focus on the improvement of the original design. The modified machine not only improves the accuracy of weighing, automat ion and efficiency, but also prevents powdery materials from choking up and red uces the flying dust.
