摘要
中国经济总体态势较好,但投融资效益低下。其根本原因是投融资主体缺位,投融资体制扭曲。明晰投融资主体,提高投融资效益,走一条既有速度又有效益的内涵式发展之路,应该是当前我们所面临的中心问题。
The overall situation of Chinese economy is good, but the benefits of invested and absorbed capital are low. Its basic reason is that the target of invested and absorbed capital is indistinct and that the system is twist. At present the central problem we face is distinctly analyzing the target of invested and absorbed capital to take a route both fast and beneficial.
