本近红外水份仪是一种测量固体物质中水份的仪器。文中描述了仪器的工作原理和主要技术性能,并介绍了在茶叶水份含量测试中的应用。
The NIR moisture mefer is an insturment for measurement of moisture in solid matorials. In this paper, operationg principle and specifications of the instrument are described. The application of measuring moisture content in tea are also introduced.
