摘要
采用 Sol-Gel 工艺在普通玻璃表面制备出均匀、透明的添加 0.3%~0.5%贵金属 Pd2+的 TiO2-SiO2 复合薄膜。通过对薄膜的 XRD,SEM 表征及薄膜耐酸、碱化学稳定性的检测,结果表明,在 TiO2-SiO2 薄膜中添加 Pd2+,增强了 TiO2 薄膜的光催化活性,由于 Pd2+所起到阻滞剂的作用,使晶粒尺寸减小,表面呈多孔合理结构,改善了TiO2 薄膜的显微结构,使薄膜的化学稳定性得到明显的提高。
Uniform and transparent composite films with 0.3%similar to0.5% Pd2+ doped TiO2-SiO2 were produced by Sol-Gel process on the soda lime glass. The results of XRD, SEM as well as chemical stability tests show that the chemical stability of the film was remarkably improved by the addition of the noble metal ion Pd2+, while the films' photocatalysis enhanced. This is attributed to the addition of pd(2+) which reduces grain size in the film and promotes form of the porous structure on the film.
