摘要
图书馆技术环境与需求环境的变化呼唤个性化服务,而个性化服务的实质是要加强图书馆服务的针对性。从硬件与软件两个方面构建图书馆的个性化服务是时代和读者的要求。
The changing environment in its technology and its readers’demands calls for personalized service by the library, the essence of which is to meet the needs of its readers. It is the requirement of the readers as well as of the historical situation to offer personalized service by improving both the hardware and the software environment.
