摘要
利用颗粒堆积法成功制备了电致发热多孔SiC陶瓷,通过改变配方中主要原料和辅助原料的颗粒级配。制得了气孔率达40%、电阻率在2-4Ω·m范围的多孔陶瓷制品,并根据SEM,XRD分析和气孔率与电阻率等测试结果,研究了碳化硅和成孔剂颗粒级配与制品性能的关系。
Porous SiC ceramics which can produce heat through electricity are prepared successfully by pellet accumulation. Through a serial of experiment,mainly altering of main materials and auxiliary materials,its finally apparent porosity are over 95% and its are in 2~4Ω·m. Power grade of the SiC and producting cellular being related with performance are discuss by the test SEM,X-ray,porosity and electrical conductivity. At the last,discuss the electrical conductivity mechanism and draw the conclusion accordingly.
