摘要
以某型发动机承力机匣疲劳载荷谱编制为例,介绍了一种基于载荷剖面计算的航空发动机零部件疲劳载荷谱编制方法。为使编制出来的载荷谱易于应用,采用了一种压缩处理方法,以获得较少的等效循环矩阵。还分析了各个载荷矩阵之间的相位关系,得到了相应的相关矩阵。最终得到的承力机匣疲劳载荷谱为后续的强度与疲劳寿命分析及其试验谱的确定提供了依据。
With the spectra compilation of an engine supporting-case as an example, this paper presents a fatigue load spectra compilation method for engine components based on a load-section calculation. In order to make the load spectra easy to use, a compressing method is adopted to attain less equivalent circle matrixes. The phase relation between load matrixes is also analyzed and the correlation matrixes are gained. The entire fatigue load spectra of supporting-case provide the bases for the establishment of intensity, fatigue life analysis and experiment spectra.
