摘要
目的探讨肾病综合征青少年患者疾病知识状况。方法用自行设计的疾病知识问卷对113例原发性肾病综合征青少年患者进行问卷调查。结果113例原发性肾病综合征青少年患者知识状况总分最低分14分,最高分26分满分,平均分21.68分,标准差2.472分,平均分占总分26分的百分比为83.4%,平均每位患者答对21.68道题目。结论青少年知识状况普遍较好,但疾病与药物治疗、饮食营养方面的知识宣教应引起重视并应加强健康教育;在量表的编制和测评上应更加完善。
Objective To analyze the health-related knowledge status in adolescents with primary nephrotic syndrome. Method One hundred and thirteen adolescents with primary nephrotic syndrome were investigated on health-related knowledge by a self-made questionnaire. Results The minimum, maximum and mean score was 14, 26 and 21.68 respectively. Conclusions The knowledge status in most adolescents with primary nephrotic syndrome was satisfactory. But health education about medicine treatment and dietary nutrition should be intensified. The design and evaluation of the scale should be improved.
