摘要
通过对所研制的ZnS:Cu,Cl,Er薄膜器件的电致发光衰减特性及短脉冲激发下样品发光特性的测量,发现能量传递现象,提出了激活能量由铜中心或其它自激活中心向向Er^(3+)发光中心传递的模型,很好地解释了实验结果。
Investigation was made of electroluminescence decay characteristics and luminescence characteristics under the short pulse excitation on the ZnS: Cu,Cl,Er thin films. The energy transfer phenomenon was observed. A model of energy transfer is proposed on the assumption that the excitation energy transfers from Cu centres or self-activated cen tres to the Er3+ luminescence centres. The proposed model interpret well the experimental results.
