摘要
用ICP-AES法测定了34例恶性肿瘤患者头发中13种微量元素含量,并与同期厦门地区75例正常成人头发中微量元素含量作对照,分析结果:恶性肿瘤病人头发中Se、Cd、Ti含量显著高于正常人(p<0.001),而Zn、Cu及Mg含量显著低于正常人(p<0.1～0.001)、表明恶性肿瘤患者与正常人头发中某些微量元素含量存在显著差异,为诊断肿瘤提供了依据。
The content of 13 trace element in the hair sample of 34 case of malignent tumor patient were assayed by ICP-AES method. Compared with that of 75 case health human's hair of same term in Xiamen area. The result showed that the cotent of Se,Cd,Zn, Cu,Ti,Mg in malignant tumor were significantly different with those in health human.
