摘要
热熔粘结复合纤维具有明显的皮芯结构,皮层组分是经过改性的聚醚酯,芯层组分为经过改性的涤纶,采用热熔粘结复合纤维与羊毛纤维混纺,以使织物达到机可洗的效果。文章运用扫描电镜(SEM)观察和分析热熔粘结复合纤维的粘结机理,对织物进行了抗起毛起球性、折痕恢复性和褶裥保持性的测试。实验结果表明,混有热熔粘结复合纤维的毛涤织物,其抗起毛起球和褶裥保持性得到了明显的改善。
Thermo-fusing bounding compound fibers have the obvious core-sheath structure.Its cortex is the modified polyester ether and sheath is the modified polyester.The fibers blended with wool may realize the machine-washable effect.The experiment utilized microscope and scanning electron microscope(SEM) which observed and analyzed the fibers bonding function,and tested the anti-pilling tendency,wrinkle recovery and pleat retention of fabric.The result shows that wool/polyester fabric blended with thermo-fusing bonding compound fibers has the better anti-pilling tendency and pleat retention.
