摘要
结合翻译家严复的翻译实践探讨了译者对翻译的操纵,指出译者如能恰当地发挥主体性,可以使译作取得更好的社会效应。
By analyzing Yanfu's choice in translation, the paper points out that translator can manipulate translation by holding a more subjective attitude than the one held by traditional translators.
