摘要
本文列出了八种常见类型的要素投入变化序列,并建立了对应的时滞生产函数表达式,分析了当要素投入存在波动时,波动状况对产出、生产率评价和技术进步评价的影响。结果表明:当波动振幅与投入序列大小处在同一数量级上,或波动振幅增长速度与投入序列增长速度的数量级相近时,评价生产率和技术进步对经济增长的作用就不能忽略波动的影响。
This paper analyses 8 types of common sequences of input factor and builds up the correspondding time-lag production function. The paper analyses the affects of flutuation of input factor to output and to the evalutation of productivity and technological change. The paper points out the affects of fluctuation can not be omitted if the amplitude of input factor fluctuation is the in same quantitative level as the level of input factor, or the growth rate of the amplitude of fluctuation is in the same quantitativelevel as the level of the growth rate of input factor.
