摘要
综述了陶瓷和金属钎焊时界面的形成,界面反应和界面残余热应力等某些界面理论。介绍了陶瓷钎焊的主要工艺方法,钎料及接头性能评价方法。
We review some theories of the interface formation and reactions and the residual thermal stress at the interface between ceramics and metals, and also introduce the brazing methods, brazing fillers and the evaluation methods for the properties of the ceramic-ceramic and ceramic-metal joints.
