摘要
成功地研制了一种新型NiTi形状记忆合金螺钉并已临床应用了150例,经3年多考核,未发现骨不连及股骨头缺血坏死现象。
The NiTi shape memory alloy screw has been studied and used in clinic(150 cases of fresh femural neck fracture) for more than three years. The result of the 150 cases show that no nonunion case was found and no necrosis of femural head. A pressure of 6—7 kg formed surrounding the bone tissue when the openning angle is 35°~40°. Two shapes of memory alloy screws can fix the fracture in two vertical directions and resist the stress and rotary force and produce pressure between fracture sections. All of those functions can contral the displacement, rotation and separation of fracture and promote the healing of the fracture and reconstruction of blood supply system. The patient can leave bed earlier and has less complications than other treatments.
Through the analysis of neck of femur fracture, it was found that this is the best way for the internal fixation at the present time.
