摘要
报道了用熔融慢冷工艺制备的YBCO的微观结构与临界电流特性。SEM和TEM观察揭示,在片状YBCO基体上,存在有Y_2BaCuO_5(211)相粒子、孪晶和位错;在211粒子周围的YBCO基体上,存在大量的位错、层错和取向不同的孪晶。用本工艺制备的YBCO超导体,在77 K,1T磁场(H∥ab面)下,其J_c值高达64000 A/cm^2,而且J_c随磁场增加而下降的趋势比较缓慢。
The microstructure and critical current properties of the YBCO prepared by the melt and slowly cooling process are reported. SEM and TEM observations show Y_2BaCuO_5(211) particles, twins, dislocations in the plate-shaped YBCO matrix and a lot of dislocations, stacking faults, different directional twins in the YBCO matrix around 211 particles. J_c value of the YBCO Superconductors prepared by this process reaches 64000 A/cm^2 at 77 K, I T and J_c decreased slowly when the magnetic field is increasing.
