摘要
镶齿钻头的齿孔过盈量,以往各钻头生产厂家都是用实验统计的方法来确定的,这种方法受加工及测试等多种因素的影响,而且周期长,代价高。针对这个问题,本文利用有限元法对5型钻头的齿孔过盈配合进行了有限元计算,并详细分析了齿孔周围的应力场分布规律。
The over—fixation of the rock bit's tooth hole used to be determined by tests and statistics method in all China' s rock bit manufacturers. This method is affected by such factors as processing, testing and so on, and its period is long , and its cost high. For this problem, using the finite elem ent method, we analyzed the over—fixation of the tooth hole of a 8 1/2XHP5—4 rock bit, and the distribution laws of stress field around the tooth hole.
