摘要
本文报道小麦雄性不育三系及杂种一代叶绿体亚显微结构的比较研究.发现不育系83A和保持系83B的片层结构发育不良,排列紊乱,片层之间有肿胀现象;2721恢复系叶绿体的片层系统发育正常,具有典型的结构;杂种小麦(83A×2721)叶绿体的基质片层和基粒类囊体的垛叠更为发达,为杂种优势的发挥提供了亚显微结构的光生物学基础.
A comparative study on the chloroplast ultrastructure of the three pa ent lines and their F1 hybrid wheat were conducted. The observation showed that lamella system of sterile line 83A and maintainer 83B presented abnormal, maldevelolpment, disorderly arrangement and swell, but that of restorer 2721 was normally developed and its stuciure was standard, that of hybrid wheat (83A×2721) was more developed. Besides, the characteristics of ultrastructure of chloroplast in hybrid wheat was discussed.
