摘要
目的 探讨甲状腺巨大良性肿瘤的手术技巧及并发症的预防。方法 对 43例巨大甲状腺肿瘤的手术资料进行回顾性分析。结果 40例均顺利恢复出院,无并发症; 2例出现轻度声嘶, 1例出现低钙血症,经治疗 2周痊愈出院。结论 适当延长手术切口、良好地暴露、彻底止血、良好引流,可减少巨大甲状腺肿瘤的手术并发症。
Objective To discuss the operative technique of large benign tumor of thyroid, and the prevention of complications.Methods The operative materials of 43 patients with large benign tumor of thyroid were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of 43, 40 patients left hospital successfully without any complication, and two patients suffered from slight hoarseness, and one was ill with hypocalcemia. Conclusion The operative complications of arge benign tumor of thyroid can be decreased through prolonged incision, appropriate exposure, thorough blood control, and sufficient drainage.
