摘要
本试验发现的灰色卵是所有灰色卵中唯一的隐性遗传灰色卵。其灰色卵基因属第2连锁群,基因记号为gr-r,位于第2连锁群7.5(2-7.5)处。
Recessive grey egg, a newly found spontaneous mutant of silkworm (Bombyx mori), has been discovered and studied in the Academic Unit of Silkworm Genetics, Southwest Agricultural University. The egg is grey white in color with two or there longitudinal milky white channels. Genetically, the mutant is recessive to +gr-r. It is the only recessive grey egg hitherto dicovered in silkworm different from all the other grey eggs: Gr, G^(16)r,G^Br, G^(x-1), G^(x-2)r, G^Lr, G^xr and G^Kr, It has been, therefore, named recessive grey egg and designated gr-r. An investigation of linkage with the methods used in experimental genetics has shown that gr-r is independent of len (3), L(4), E^(ca)(6), K(11), Ng(12), ch(13), Bn(17)or Nd(25) in inheritance and is linked to p^M(2), that is to say, gr-r is located in the second linkage group. A threepoint experiment localized gr-r at 7.5 in the second linkage group, viz. 2-7-5.
