为适应电力市场发展改革及日常电能量采集统计、线损计算的需要,在供电公司建立一套稳定可靠的电能计量遥测系统已成为必然。佛山电能计量遥测系统规模大,实时性、安全性要求高,通道情况复杂。通过对主站和终端数据档案以及主站功能模块、数据报表的全面管理,使该系统实用化运行取得了良好效益。
To satisfy the requirement of the power-market reformation and the daily energy data collection, aggregation, line-cost calculation, it is very necessary to build a reliable TMR system in power company. However, it will lead to the new question in system application after the construction of system. Implemental experience of constructing tele-metering reading system in FoShan has large scale,and has high requirement of real-time and safty. Through the whole management of file,function model,report of the main station and termit data,the system recieves good benefits.
