摘要
目的:探讨乳腺癌术后并发症发生的原因、处理及预防体会。方法:对2001年2月至2004年10月间手术治 疗138例乳腺癌患者资料进行回顾性分析总结。结果皮下积液共18例,对皮下积液反复抽吸无明显效果的6例 患者注入确炎松A溶液2～3次后治愈;用西餐刀分离皮瓣组54例,与电刀分离皮瓣组84例,皮瓣坏死例数两组 分别为5例及29例,差异有显著性(P<0.01);上肢水肿共26例,使用强的脉痔灵后20例显效,但6例无效。结 论:乳腺癌术后并发症是可以预防的。
objective:To study causing and treatment of complication after the eradicative resection of breast cancer.Methods:One hundred thirty eight cases of eradicative resection of breast cancer February in 2001 to October in 2004 were retrospectively reviewed.Results:In these patients, there were 18 case of hypo hydrous,6 ineffective case after being sucked repeatedly who were cured; there were are 5 and 29 cases in western foods knife group and control group respectively and there was a significant difference between these groups(P<0.010).There were 20 well recuperative patients and 6 invalid cases in all 26 patients with edema of the upper extremity.Conclusion:Prompt and proper treatment could prevent complication after the eradicative resection of breast cancer.
