摘要
^(60)Co—γ射线能降低蒜苔的呼吸强度,减慢纤維素的积累和物质向苔苞转移,并能降低细胞膜透性,延缓蒜苔在低温下的衰老过程.
^(60)Co γ-rays were shown to reduce respiration rate of garlic scape (Allium sativum)at low temperature,delay the accumulation of cellulose and the transport of cellular contents to the bulbet and retain a relative low permeability of the cell membrane,thus delaying the senescence of garlic scape.
