A处理:75头成年母牦牛,冷季补喂优质青干草3.1千克/头日;B处理:75头成年母牦牛,在集中产犊前进行优质放牧;c处理:148头作为对照。结果表明A处理少减重2.03千克(P<0.05),具有抑制母牦牛冷季体重下降的作用,并且犊牛初生重大1.79千克(P<0.05)和日增重高21克(P<0.01);184天挤奶量高10.72千克(P<0.01),乳脂率高0.6个百分点(P<0.05),繁活率高8个百分点(P<0.05)。B处理仅在犊牛成活与生长发育方面表现出明显效果,提高成活率5个百分点(P<0.05),提高初生重1.53千克(P<0.05)以及提高日增重19克(P<0.05)。重复试验结果与第一次试验基本一致。
The expeviments wece canied out over two winters of 1989/1990 and 1990/1991, using 998 yak cows allocated at random to three treatments. The treatment A was 75 female yaks for supplementation of hay of 3.1 kg daily per cow. The treatment B was 75 female yaks for intensive graying prior to calving. The treatment C was 148 female yaks for control group. The results of the trial have shown that a 2.03 kg of weight-loss during the winter was decreased by treatment A (P<0.05), and a 1.79 kg of birthweight, a 21g of dairy weight gain were increased by the treatment A (P<0.05), and 0.6 percentage points of milkfat, a 10.7 kg of milk yield over the period of 184 days were increased by the A (P<0.01) and 8 percentage points of repsoductive and sarvival rate were increased by the A (P<0.05). The effects of the treatment B were observed only in calf survival and growth. a 5 percentage pionts of survival rate and a 1.53 kg of birthweight and a 19g of daily weight gain over the period from birth to three months of age were increased by the treatment B (P<0.05). The results of the replicated trial was as same as that of the first trial.
