摘要
目的 比较瓷化树脂与银汞合金治疗恒磨牙龋损的临床疗效。方法 选取 35 8颗牙髓活力正常的恒磨牙 ,包括Ⅰ类或Ⅱ类龋损 ,采用随机分组的方法 ,分别以瓷化树脂及银汞合金进行充填治疗。结果 试验组疗效优于对照组。经统计学分析差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。
Objective To compare the clinic effects between Tetric Ceram and amalgam in treating molar caries. Methods 358 teeth of classⅠor class Ⅱ caries with normal pulp vital were treated with Tetric Ceram or amalgam randomly. Results The effect of Tetric Ceram was superior to that of amalgam(P<0.01). Conclusion Tetric Ceram is more efficient than amalgam to treat caries in molars.
